\u00a0The\u00a0 conference fee\u00a0 is as follows:<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The conference fee includes the admission to all sections, coffee breaks, programme, booklet of abstracts, welcome reception,\u00a0 snacks and beverages during two poster sessions and organized transportation between the Ajaccio Airport and the Carg\u00e8se Institute.<\/p>\n

According the new regulation of Cargese Institute the accommodation should be paid during the registration. Please refer to the section \u00ab\u00a0supplement\u00a0\u00bb during the registration<\/p>\n

Conference dinner will be August 31, if you are going to participate, please pay during the registration 23.5 euro (via \u00ab\u00a0supplement\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n

Financial support can be granted to a limited number of participants. PALM provides limited financial support for students from the Paris-Saclay area. Please contact kirova@lps.u-psud.fr<\/a>.

Master, PhD and post doc students are supposed to stay during the whole period of the school conference. If you face the problems with this Cargese restriction, please contact<\/span> kirova@lps.u-psud.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

A request for cancellation must be sent before August 15 by e-mail to kirova@lps.u-psud.fr\u00a0<\/a> The full refund (after deduction the CNRS processing fee) will be processed after September 9.<\/p>\n

Registration procedure :<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

In order to register for the event, the procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Pre-registration:<\/strong> Use our secure CNRS pre-registration websiteto pre-register by entering various details and choosing the correct category for registration fees in the item \u201cTarification\u201d\u00a0 and corresponding supplements for accommodation and conference dinner if any in the form<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 2 –<\/strong> please reserve your accommodation<\/p>\n

You will receive the e-mail indicating the type of lodging you have asked. Notice that the number of hotel room is very small, so they will be reserved only for lecturers and keynote speakers. All other participants will be either in the village or at the institute, mostly in double rooms.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Complete registration:<\/strong> After pre-registration, our administration will check that you have chosen the right category and then send you via E-mail<\/strong> (within 1-2 days) a further request to complete and validate the registration with payment.\u00a0 After receiving the request to complete registration via E-mail, use our secure CNRS registration website indicated in the e-mail, to complete registration with payment.<\/p>\n

We ask you to promptly validate your registration with payment after confirmation e-mail from our administration.<\/p>\n

Please, pay the conference fee, accommodation and conference dinner (for those willing to participate).<\/p>\n

Please check that you pay exactly for the type of accommodation (single or double room) which has been indicated to you (and not what you have asked) .<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Those staying at\u00a0 hotels will pay their acoommodation on-site.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The conference dinner will take place Thursday, August 31.<\/p>\n
