The institute does not accept\u00a0 accompanying persons; in this case please arrange the accommodation by yourself.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">Because of the tight\u00a0 sequence of meetings run by the institute, it will not be possible to extend the stay beyond exact days of the meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The regulations of Cargese institute: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>those staying at the Institute or at the Institute appartments in the village have to pay their accommodation on the 6 nights basis (August 8 &#8211; August 14, August 14-august 20) independent on actual days of presence during the indicated period. The payment should be done at the institute upon arrival. This restriction does not concern\u00a0 staying at\u00a0 hotels.<\/li>\n<li>The students are supposed to stay during the whole period of the school conference. Facing problems with this restriction, please contact natacha.kirova@universsite-paris-saclay.fr<\/li>\n<li><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;color: #ff00ff\"><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/span> (breakfast and lunch included, but not dinner):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>single room at the institute or in the village : 6 nights (8-14\/08 or 14\/08-20\/08) 587.66 euro<\/li>\n<li>double room at the institute or in the village : 6 nights (8-14\/08 or 14\/08-20\/08)\u00a0 458.37 euro\/pro person<\/li>\n<li>hotel rooms 90-130 euro\/night<\/li>\n<li>Participants stayng at hotels or private appartments have to pay lunches integrally for the whole time of their presence (60 euro\/week)<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">The payment should be done on site by credit cards, or in advance by wire transfer (pease contact the organizers) <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">no cash is accepted.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of rooms at the institute and in the village apartments are expected to be shared. Linen\/blanket and towels are provided, but not toiletries.<\/p>\n<p>Laundry (automatic washing machines) are available in the accommodation building at the school site, as well as in the village. The washing agent is provided.<\/p>\n<p>Kitchen facilities are available, as an alternative to bars and restaurants.
