DESCRIPTION:Dynamical non-Hermitian random matrices - Hydrodynamics and rel
 evance of eigenvectors\nJacek Grela (LPTMS\, Université Paris-Sud)\nI pre
 sent a study of non-Hermitian dynamical random matrices with special empha
 sis put on identifying relevant degrees of freedom. Hermitian case will be
  revisited and compared to and the formalism of characteristic polynomials
  and Green's function formalism discussed. We will present how a hydrodyna
 mical picture of Burgers equations arises and what a special role eigenvec
 tors play in it. Examples and interpretation of results in a couple of sta
