 ectron band extrema\, a Skyrmion and an electron form a bound\nstate with 
 energy of the order of the gap $\\Delta$ in the electron\nspectrum. The bo
 und state turns the Skyrmion into a charged particle\,\nthat can be manipu
 lated by electric field.\n
