DESCRIPTION:Few- and many-body quantum physics of p-wave interacting fermio
 ns in two dimensions\nSergej Moroz\, University of Colorado\, Boulder\nDue
  to the current search of Majorana fermions\, the quantum physics of two-d
 imensional identical fermions with short-range p-wave interactions is of i
 mmediate interest. In the first part of the seminar\, I will talk about th
 e effective theory of a chiral p+ip fermionic superfluid at zero temperatu
 re. This theory naturally incorporates the parity and time reversal violat
 ing effects such as the Hall viscosity and the edge current. In the second
  part\, I will concentrate on the few-body physics near a p-wave resonance
  and introduce the super Efimov effect- a new type of few-body universalit
 y manifesting itself by a tower of three-body bound states with a double-e
 xponential scaling.
