DESCRIPTION:Universality in the Entanglement and Localization of Strongly C
 haotic Subsystems\nSteven Tomsovic (Washington State University\, USA)\nTh
 e entanglement and localization in eigenstates of bipartite systems with s
 trongly chaotic subsystems are studied as a function of interaction streng
 th.  Excellent measures for this purpose are the von-Neumann entropy\, Ha
 vrda-Charvát-Tsallis entropies\, and the inverse participation ratio.  A
 ll the entropies are shown to follow a remarkably simple exponential form\
 , which describes a universal and rapid transition to nearly maximal entan
 glement for increasing interaction strength. An unexpectedly exact relatio
 nship between the subsystem averaged inverse participation ratio and purit
 y (linear entropy) is derived that infers the transition in the localizati
 on as well.
