Registration and conference fee

The  conference fee  is as follows:

Regular (VAT included)385euro
LecturersFree
LPTMS, LPS employees 180euro
Master and PhD students (please provide the student card to organizers)Free

The detailed instructions for the registration and the conference fee payment will be sent to participants by e-mail .

Dead line for registration is June 15.

ATTENTION : Conference fee can be paid either by credit/debit cards or by « bon de commande CNRS » only.

The conference fee includes the admission to all sections, programme, booklet of abstracts, welcome reception,  snacks and beverages during two poster sessions and organized transportation between the Ajaccio Airport and the Cargèse Institute.

Master, PhD and post doc students are supposed to stay during the whole period of the school conference. If you face the problems with this Cargese restriction please contact natacha.kirova@universite-paris-saclay.fr

CANCELLATION

A request for cancellation must be sent before July 25 by e-mail to Claudine Le Vaou claudine.le-vaou@universite-paris-saclay.fr

The full refund (after deduction the CNRS processing fee) will be processed after September 12.
