AT THE INSTITUTE AND IN THE VILLAGE APARTMENTS MOST OF ROOMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SHARED.
Please notice:
Room at the institute building.
+: proximity to lectures and the sea
– : no food in evenings. One has to go up hills , 15-20 min to the city centre for a restaurant. Please take the porch light with you.
Hotel or a shared apartment in the city.
+: proximity a night life with restaurants in the city and in the port.
– : walking 15-20 min to the conference center and the swimming place nearby.
– : also being in the single room in the apartment, you will share the WC and shower with other occupants of the apartment.
Attention! The new regulations of Cargese institute:
- those who stay at the Institute and in the Institute appartments in the village have to pay their accommodation on the 6 nights basis (August 19 – August 25, August 25-August 31) independent on actual days of presence during the indicated time. If you stay at the hotel the above restriction does not concern you. The hotel room should be paid directly to the hotel.
- all registrated participants pay for all lunches during their stay, mandatory wherever they live and eat.
- Master, PhD and post doc students are supposed to stay during the whole period of the school conference. If you face the problems with this Cargese restriction, please contact natacha.kirova@universite-paris-saclay.fr
Prices:
Place in the double room: 40 euro/night
Single room: 52 euro/night
Room at the hotel: 100-130 euro/night
Lunch (mandatory, regulation of IESC) : 14 euro/lunch
Please notice that the letter your receive after the room reservation only confirms your demand and it is not a final decision of the Cargese Institute concerning your accommodation
