 We define and study a statistical mechanics ensemble that characterizes co
 nnected solutions in\nconstraint satisfaction problems (CSPs). Built aroun
 d a well-known local entropy bias\, it allows\nus to better identify hardn
 ess transitions in problems where the energy landscape is dominated by\nis
 olated solutions. We apply this new device to the symmetric binary percept
 ron model (SBP)\, and\nstudy how its manifold of connected solutions behav
 es. We choose this particular problem because\,\nwhile its typical solutio
 ns are isolated\, it can be solved using local algorithms for a certain ra
 nge of\nconstraint density α and threshold κ. With this new ensemble\, w
 e unveil the presence of a cluster\ncomposed of delocalized connected solu
 tions. In particular\, we demonstrate its stability until a\ncritical thre
 shold κ_{no−mem loc. stab.} (dependent on α). This transition appears 
 as paths of solutions shatter\,\na phenomenon that more conventional stati
 stical mechanics approaches fail to grasp. Finally\, we\ncompared our pred
 ictions to simulations. For this\, we used a modified Monte-Carlo algorith
 m\,\ndesigned specifically to target these delocalized solutions. We obtai
 ned\, as predicted\, that the\nalgorithm finds solutions until κ ≈ κ_{
 no−mem loc. stab.}.
