 harged polarizable surfaces\nAlexandre Pereira Dos Santos (Instituto de Fi
 sica\, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul\, Porto Alegre\, Brazil)\
 nWe obtain phase diagrams and binodal curves for the repulsion/attraction 
 between charged low dielectric/metallic surfaces in a salt-free environmen
 t. Punctual counterions are confined between the surfaces\, however\, they
  are not allowed to approach the surfaces nearer than a characteristic len
 gth which can model the ionic hydration. The polarization of the surfaces 
 is considered with a recently introduced method based on periodic Green fu
 nctions. We show that the density profiles are strongly dependent on the d
 ielectric contrast in special for high electrostatic couplings. However\, 
 the pressure curves and consequently the binodal curves and critical point
 s slightly change for different polarizable surfaces and hydration lengths
 .
