 PT Toulouse\nMultifractality is a powerful tool to describe non trivial fl
 uctuations of a field. One seminal example is provided by the Anderson tra
 nsition due to disorder in 3D: at the critical point the eigenstates of th
 e Hamiltonian display multifractality\, leading i.e. to anomalous diffusio
 n. We have been interested in the effect of a perturbation on the multifra
 ctality in a quantum system. Considering two generic models I will show th
 at multifractality disappears following two well identified scenarios. I w
 ill describe these scenarios in details and discuss their consequences in 
 order to achieve a better understanding of multifractality in quantum mech
 anics.
