I am seeking a statistical physicist with a background and interest in numerics to work on two projects: (i) an inference problem, in collaboration with molecular biologists, using data on protein-protein interaction networks. Can we make sense of experimentally measured data on P-P interactions? (ii) the origin of life from inanimate matter. How do we describe life as a phase of matter?
The position is available immediately, subject only to visa regulations, and does not carry any teaching duties. I am flexible regarding work-from-home arrangements. If interested please send your CV.
