Lane formation in a lattice model for oppositely driven binary particles
Hiroki Ohta, LPTMS
I will introduce a two-dimensional lattice model for oppositely driven binary particles with purely repulsive interactions
where some classes of steady states have been constructed in systematic ways.
Using such constructions, I will discuss nonequilibrium phase transitions in this lattice model [1].
Also, I would like to discuss those relevance to lane formations in colloidal suspensions [2] [3].
