Fees
The early registration fee of 165 € includes lunch at the conference site throughout the conference for all registrations made on or before May 24th 2024. Attendance to the conference dinner on the evening of Jun. 27th is optional (38.50 €). The value added tax is not applied for participants using a CNRS purchase order, bringing the fees down to 150 €/35 € (without tax) respectively. The regular registration fee of 220 € (200 € without tax) will be applied from May 25th.
PhD students may register at a reduced early rate of 110 € (100 € without tax) on or before May 24th, and 165 € (150 € without tax) from May 25th. Registration is free but mandatory for Masters students. Students attending the conference dinner must pay the same dinner fee as regular participants. To have their registration validated, all students must send a copy of an official document attesting to their status to physbio2024.lptms@universite-paris-saclay.fr after completing their registration below. Alternatively, they may send a link to their group website listing their status. The registration will be cancelled if this information is not received within a week of registration.

Talks during the conference will be upon invitation only. Participants are however encouraged to submit a poster abstract. Poster abstracts received before June 12th will be considered for inclusion in the conference booklet.
